Portfolio Projects & Designs

Steering Knuckle Design

Developed a theoretical suspension knuckle for a passenger vehicle, following a brief from Jaguar Land Rover (JLR). The main focus was the knuckle itself, but a simplified suspension assembly was modelled to demonstrate integration.

Wind Tunnel

Designed and assembled a wind tunnel using 3D-printed components, 12V DC fans, and ultrasonic misters for airflow visualization. Used Arduino & ESP32 for real-time control and validated results with ANSYS/SolidWorks CFD simulations to analyse aerodynamic performance.

IMECHE Design

Designed an autonomous wall-impact return device for IMechE 2023-24 in SolidWorks, validating gear kinematics via motion studies and optimizing with ANSYS FEA. Achieved full mechanical automation with zero post-activation intervention.
